TREC CORE 2005-2006

The TREC has determined that affiliate brokers and more recently licensed brokers who are required to complete continuing education must complete a specific four (4) hour "Core" course as part of the required 16 hours of continuing education in order to renew their license

Real Estate Law/Rule/Policy Update

This is not limited to Title 62. Chapter 13 or Rules 1260 et. al., but needs to include any and all state and federal changes which effect the practice of real estate in Tennessee.

Agency and Representation
Includes agreements and disclosures. buyer representation, confidentiality and designated agent.

Contract Issues
Offer Vs. Contract, Addenda, Most frequent errors, such as change in something without that change being reflected in the contract.
